My account access is blocked with a message 'Trial Expired'. How can I renew my subscription?

Learn how to renew your SmartCue subscription once your trial period has expired and regain access to your account.

It appears your trial period with SmartCue has ended. But don't worry, getting back to creating and sharing demos is a straightforward process:

  1. Log into your SmartCue account. You'll see a 'Purchase Plan/Upgrade Plan' button due to your expired trial.

  2. Click on the 'Purchase Plan/Upgrade Plan' button. This will take you to our subscription page.

  3. Choose a subscription plan that fits your needs. We offer both monthly and annual options for our different plans.

Once you've completed these steps, you'll have renewed access to your SmartCue account and can continue creating amazing demos!
