How can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my SmartCue subscription?

Manage your SmartCue subscription, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan, through the Billing tab in your settings.

Managing your SmartCue subscription is easy:

To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab on your settings page at https://app.getsmartcue.com/settings?tab=billing.

  2. Select the plan that best suits your needs. You'll only be charged for the plan you select.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the Billing tab on your settings page.

  2. Choose the option to cancel your subscription.

Please remember that our plans are recurring, so you'll need to cancel before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, please reach out to our support team.
