Inviting new users to SmartCue is straightforward. You can do it in one of two ways:

Method 1:

  1. Navigate to

  2. Click on 'Manage Users'.

  3. Click on 'Invite User'.

  4. Enter the invitee's email address and designate their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).

  5. Click the 'Send' button to send the invitation.

Method 2:

  1. Ensure the 'Link Sharing' toggle is turned on.

  2. Select the role for new users (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).

  3. Click the 'Copy Link' button.

  4. Share this link via email or messaging apps. Anyone with this link can gain access to your instance of SmartCue.

For security reasons, if you want to prevent unauthorized access at any point, you can reset the shared links. To do this, go back to the 'Manage Users' page and click on the 'Reset Links' button.
