How to add highlights to an existing showcase?

Step-by-step guide to add new Highlights to your existing SmartCue Showcases using either the Chrome extension or uploading files directly.

Adding Highlights to an existing Showcase is a breeze with SmartCue. Here are the steps to do so:

  1. Open up the Builder for the Showcase you want to add to.

  2. In the left-hand navigation panel, find the Highlight after which you want to add a new one.

  3. Click on the plus (+) icon beneath the selected Highlight.

  4. You'll see two options - 'Capture using extension' and 'Upload screenshots/gif'.

  5. Choose the appropriate option based on your needs.

    • If you select 'Capture using extension', it'll open up the Chrome extension to the URL of the step/Highlight that you selected.

    • If you select 'Upload', it'll open up a modal where you can upload images or gifs from your local machine.

And there you have it! You've just added a new Highlight to your Showcase.
