How can I make use of the Analytics features in SmartCue?

Understand how to access & utilize the analytics features in SmartCue to gain insights into your demos' performance over various timeframes.

SmartCue offers robust analytics at both the global and individual demo levels. Here's how to access and utilize these insights:

  1. Global Analytics: Navigate to https://app.getsmartcue.com/analytics to view global data, such as 'Average Time Spent', 'CTA Clicks', 'Persona Clicks', 'Views', and 'Impressions'. You can choose to view this data for the last 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, or 3 months.

  2. Demo-Level Analytics: To access analytics for a specific demo, go to https://app.getsmartcue.com/demos. Here, hover over the demo you're interested in and click on the graph (📈) icon. This will display analytics related to that specific demo.

With these analytics at your fingertips, you'll have a deeper understanding of your demos' performance and how to optimize them!
